The purpose of Primacare, LLC is to provide professional mental health, diagnostic
and treatment services that are accessible and affordable to children, adults and
families in need of services. Primacare strives to help patients improve their potential
and their quality of life through helping them identify problems and learn problem
solving techniques in order to make healthier life style choices. Primacare, LLC
provides services for children ages three years old to adults.
Primacare offers
a full range of mental health, program and consultation services characterized by
integrity and excellence in design and delivery. Each service and program is designed
to meet and respond to the expressed needs of the patient, which serves to strengthen
individuals and families in their social and psychological functioning. All services
are provided by licensed professionals.
